To encourage mindful consumption and prevent over-production and waste, our pieces are made in ethically in Canada in small batches, and on a pre-order basis. With that, your order will begin once all materials are in-house. 

A few things to note when purchasing a pre-order item: Payment is charged immediately at checkout. If you are ordering a pre-order item with an in-stock item - unless otherwise noted, your order will ship when the pre-order item becomes available. If you would like to ship the in-stock item sooner,  please order them separately.

In-Stock Items:

Occasionally, when we have pieces in-stock, they will be processed and shipped within three to five business days.

Made to Order and Pre-Order Items:

Please allow about 4-6 weeks for processing and production before your order is shipped. Please note, while we attempt to communicate accurate production and shipping estimates around your order, in the case of an unexpected production delay, you will be contacted via email promptly.
